We're currently recruiting for the following positions across Dorset.
As a Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity. You'll build meaningful relationships whilst supporting with daily living activities.
Building on your care experience, you'll provide more complex care including supporting colleagues, mentoring new carers, and taking lead responsibility for specific clients with advanced needs.
Live in carers reside in the client's home providing round the clock presence and support. This role offers excellent earning potential and the chance to build deep, meaningful relationships.
Our Rota Assistant builds and maintains the weekly care schedule, matching carers to clients and arranging cover so that no visit is missed. It is a role with a clear path into a Care Coordinator position as the team grows.
